Meet Your Doula

Hi, I'm Christiana! I am a Denver postpartum doula who's been supporting families through life’s many transitions since 2015. My journey began as a nanny, where I gained hands on experience caring for children and supporting new parents.​

In 2019, I trained as a birth and postpartum doula, deepening my understanding of newborn care, reproductive justice, and holistic practices. My work as a community herbalist allows me to weave natural remedies into my postpartum support, offering gentle supportive care for whatever your postpartum experience brings.​

 

My goal is to provide thoughtful, well rounded care that honors each individual family, and bridges the gap between natural health approaches and conventional medicine.
